Your Responsibilities

As a front-line team member, you are the boots on the ground delivering our high standard of care.

• Perform high-quality landscape maintenance, including mowing, string trimming, edging, blowing, weeding, and pruning.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions, performing physical labor that includes frequently lifting and carrying 35–80 lbs.
• Ensure all equipment and trucks are wrapped up, cleaned, and ready for the next business day.

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or a similar service industry is preferred.
• Must meet standard company background and eligibility requirements.
