What You’ll Do as a Maintenance Team Member

You’ll be the front-line hero responsible for transforming and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Landscape Maintenance: Performing mowing, string trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and general upkeep with precision and care.
• Outdoor Work: You’ll be working outdoors in all weather conditions, doing physically demanding tasks, and lifting/carrying 35-80 pounds regularly.
• Equipment Care: Keeping tools and equipment in top condition by following basic maintenance protocols.
• Daily Prep & Wrap-Up: Ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready for the next day’s success.

What You Bring to the Table

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Experience in landscaping, lawn care, or a similar service industry (preferred but not required-we’ll train the right person!).
• Familiarity with mowers, trimmers, and lawn equipment or a willingness to learn.
• The ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
• A valid driver’s license is strongly encouraged.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (We do not support work visas at this time).

Pay & Benefits

• Pay Range: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience).
