What You'll Actually Do

The day-to-day: You're out in the field. Mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, weeding, pruning, bed work. The full scope of lawn and landscape maintenance. Quality has to be high on every single property.

This is physical work. You're outside in the heat, the cold, the rain. You'll need to carry 35-80 lbs regularly. Not for everyone, but if you thrive in that kind of environment, you already know it.

At the end of every day, equipment gets cleaned up and prepped for tomorrow. That's non-negotiable. You'll be running professional-grade Exmark mowers and commercial tools, and we keep them right.

On the customer side: You're wearing the TGG uniform, driving a branded truck, and representing the company on every property. If a customer has a question or concern, handle it professionally and loop in your Crew Leader. Simple stuff, but it matters.

As we build out the route schedule, there will also be some neighborhood canvassing and door hanger distribution before and after jobs. It's part of growing a new location, and every crew member plays a role in that.

How We Know It's Working

Show up. Attendance is everything in a service business. Can't take care of customers if you're not there.

Stay on time. Every job has a budget. Hit it. Keeping jobs profitable means managing your hours.

Do it right the first time. We track return rates. Going back to redo work kills the schedule and costs money. Quality control is on you.

Keep customers coming back. Retention is how we grow. Great work + solid relationships = repeat business.

Spot opportunities. You're on the property every week. If you see additional work the customer could benefit from, flag it. That's how we grow accounts and keep customers happy.

Use the tools. We run everything through GG Pro and LMN. Use the software, follow the process, and the rest falls into place.

Requirements


Pay & Benefits

$18-$20/hr based on experience.

Already been running a crew or have years of lead experience? Don't let the posted range stop you, just apply and let's talk.

4-day work week. Monday through Thursday is the standard. We might ask for occasional Fridays during peak season, but the default schedule gives you a real 3-day weekend.

Paid training. We'll get you up to speed on our systems and processes properly. No sink-or-swim.

All equipment and uniforms provided. Exmark mowers, commercial tools, PPE, branded uniforms. Safety toe boots are required on every job site, and we'll provide a gift card for up to $100 toward that purchase.

Room to grow. This is a founding crew position. As we add routes, we'll need Crew Leaders and supervisors. The people who prove themselves early will move up first.
