Team Member Landscaping
This job begins, at the earliest, March 1 with paid training beforehand.

Your Responsibilities as a Landscaping Team Member
o Lawn care:
- mowing,
- blowing
- edging
- trimming bushes
- weeding
- removing debris
- removing small trees, bushes, stumps, etc.
o Installations:
- paver patios
- trees
- mulch
- flowers
- walkways
- fences
- decorative stone walls
- rock borders
- drains
- holiday lights
- sod
- landscape lighting
- firepits
- stone pathways
o Other Services:
- power washing
- aerations
- dethatching
- top dressing
- stump grinding
- leveling/grading
- leaf removal
- year-round cleanups
- snow removal
- salting

Job Requirements for Landscaping Team Member
- Minimum 1 year experience in landscaping, lawn service, building, or similar service industries.
- Valid Driver's license and a dependable car that you own that can meet at the shop.
- Live within a manageable commute near our Red Lion shop.
- Willing to do a video first "meet" before moving on in the process
Pay Structure
- The *starting* pay varies. $18.00 to $20.00 dependent upon your experience as a lawncare or landscaping professional.
- There is a 2 week trial, after which you'll receive feedback and your official offer.
- You'll receive quarterly feedback with successes, goal setting opportunities, future pay raise/training opportunities, etc.
- We pay weekly.
- Major holidays are paid if you've surpassed 3 months with the company. This is further outlined in the handbook you'll sign after your official offer.
