Your Responsibilities

• Crew Management: Structure routes, manage schedules, keep crews on task, and resolve staff issues.
• Training & Support: Ensure team members are properly trained and supported to hit high standards.
• Daily Prep: Ensure all equipment, trucks, and trailers are wrapped up and ready for the next day.

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or a similar service industry.
• Proficiency operating and maintaining mowers, trimmers, and related equipment.
• Driver License with clean driving history with experience driving and maneuvering a trailer.
• Willingness to obtain required industry certifications/licenses within 6 months.
