Your Responsibilities as a Landscaping Maintenance Team Lead
Manage the Field
- You are the boots on the ground—walking job sites, ensuring quality, and maintaining equipment standards
- Keep crews organized, on schedule, and operating efficiently
- Assist with routing, job planning, and daily execution
- Support your team by solving problems, providing direction, and ensuring proper training
- Ensure all work is completed to standard and that the team is set up for the next day

Job Requirements
- Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or a related service industry (required)
- Experience leading a crew or stepping into a leadership role in the field
- Ability to operate and maintain equipment (mowers, trimmers, etc.)
- Willingness to complete any required certifications or licenses within 6 months
- Clean driving record and experience towing a trailer
Pay & Opportunity
- $18.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience
