Your Responsibilities as a Landscaping Maintenance Team Lead

Manage the Field:

• Boots on the Ground: You’ll walk job sites daily, ensuring quality control and making sure all equipment is properly maintained and ready to roll.
• Keep It Organized: Structure daily routes, manage employee schedules, and keep the crew focused and on-task.
• Support Your Crew: You’ll resolve team issues with confidence, provide hands-on coaching, and ensure every crew member has the training and tools they need.
• Stay Ahead: At the end of each day, you’ll make sure everything is wrapped up and set for a seamless start tomorrow.

• Full Utilization of Software & Processes: Using company systems efficiently to streamline operations and maximize productivity.

What You Bring to the Table

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or a similar service industry.
• Strong knowledge of mowers, trimmers, tractors, and other lawn care equipment-both operation and preventive maintenance.
• Clean driving history with experience hauling and operating trailers.
• A willingness to complete any required certifications or licenses within 6 months (if applicable).
• Legal Eligibility: All applicants must be legal U.S. citizens or authorized to work in the country. We do not support work visas at this time.
• Strongly Encouraged: A valid driver’s license is highly preferred for this role.
