Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial irrigation systems (startups, mid-season checks, and winterizations).
• Professional Communication: Act as the primary technical contact for Clients and Vendors. You are responsible for providing clear, professional updates to the team and coordinating seamlessly with the Sales Rep on system upgrades.
• Crew Supervision: Manage a specialized team, ensuring they are trained, safe, and productive. You set the pace and the standard for quality in the field.
• System Troubleshooting: Perform advanced diagnostics on electrical and hydraulic components to provide efficient, long-term repair solutions.
• Inventory & Prep: Manage the irrigation "shop-on-wheels," ensuring your truck is stocked with the necessary parts and tools to avoid wasted trips.
• Snow Operations: Transition into a leadership role during winter snow removal operations to ensure year-round impact.

Job Requirements

• Excellent Communication Skills: You must be able to interact professionally and confidently with high-end clients, vendors, and colleagues at all levels of the company.
• Irrigation Expertise: Proven experience in irrigation diagnostics, repair, and installation.
• Leadership Experience: Background in leading a team in a service-based industry.
• Technology Skills: Proficient in using mobile apps for scheduling, time tracking, and inventory.
• Logistics: Clean driving history and experience towing trailers.
• Certifications: Willingness to obtain any required backflow or irrigation licenses within the first 6 months.
