As our company continues to grow, we are looking for someone ready to take the next step in their career as a Landscaping Irrigation Team Lead, with opportunities to grow into higher-level roles in the future.

Pay: $18.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead and support a crew of Irrigation Technicians
  • Walk job sites and monitor quality control
  • Ensure equipment is maintained and used properly
  • Help structure routes and organize daily schedules
  • Keep crew members organized, productive, and on task
  • Provide support and solutions for staffing and team issues
  • Assist with training and development of team members
  • Ensure all work is completed and prepared for the next day
  • Deliver exceptional service to customers and help resolve service issues
  • Promote a positive team environment focused on accountability and retention

  • Crew retention and healthy team culture
  • Customer retention and satisfaction
  • Full utilization of company software and processes

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, irrigation, or similar service industries
  • Ability to install pipe, heads, valves, wire, controllers, and sensors
  • Ability to safely operate basic landscaping and irrigation equipment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead by example
  • Passion for serving customers, team members, and the community
  • Ability to handle staffing and service challenges with a solution-focused mindset
  • Willingness to complete all required certifications and licenses within 6 months if not already obtained
  • Clean driving history
  • Experience driving a trailer
