Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office management or administrative support, preferably in a landscaping or construction environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Great verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, Payroll processing and familiarity with project management tools.
Description:
- Manage Office Operations: Organize and maintain office schedules, communications, and workflows.
- Client Communication: First source of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, and coordinating services.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate appointments and daily schedule with landscaping crews.
- Invoicing & Billing: Prepare and process invoices, track payments, and handle billing inquiries.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience. The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per year depending on prior experience.
