Lawn Maintenance Technician
The Grounds Guys of Ballantyne is hiring a Lawn Maintenance Technician to deliver clean, professional properties with a team culture built on respect, integrity, and having fun.
Pay: $17 to $19 per hour, depending on experience and ability to drive.
What you’ll do
- Mow, edge, trim, and blow properties to our quality standard
- Basic landscape maintenance (weeding, light pruning, bed touch-ups)
- Care for trucks, trailers, and equipment, keep sites clean
- Spot and report turf or plant health issues
- Work safely and communicate professionally with customers
What we’re looking for
- Reliable, punctual, team-first attitude
- Ability to work outdoors and lift 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license preferred, experience is a plus
