We are hiring a Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader who is ready to own their truck, own their route, and own their results.

  • You don’t just show up — you set the tone.
  • You move with urgency and expect your crew to do the same.
  • You take pride in straight lines, clean edges, and zero callbacks.
  • You don’t blame equipment, weather, or others — you solve problems.
  • You understand that leadership means accountability.

If that sounds like you, we want to talk.

Your Role as a Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader

This is a working leadership position. You will be in the truck daily with your crew performing services — not sitting in an office.

  • Inspect every property before leaving to ensure it meets company standards.
  • Set the pace and work ethic for your crew.

Drive Crew Performance

  • Lead a 1–3 person crew and keep jobs on schedule.
  • Assign tasks clearly and hold team members accountable.
  • Train and coach crew members on proper technique and efficiency.
  • Maintain a professional attitude and positive crew culture.

Own Your Route

  • Complete all scheduled jobs on time and within budgeted hours.
  • Minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance.
  • Keep truck and trailer clean, organized, and job-ready.
  • Communicate clearly with the office regarding schedule updates or customer issues.

This is your truck. Your route. Your results.
