Lawn and Landscape Crew Member

Pay Rate: $17-18/hour

Hours: 10-20 hours per week

Job Description:

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Lawn and Landscape Crew Member to help us bring our clients’ outdoor spaces to life! This is a part-time role offering flexible hours, ideal for someone wanting to work 10-20 hours per week in an outdoor, hands-on setting.

Responsibilities:

*  Mowing, edging, and trimming lawns to create a clean and polished look

*  Planting, weeding, and mulching flower beds

*  Pruning shrubs and small trees

*  Assisting with general landscaping tasks as needed

*  Maintaining equipment to ensure everything runs smoothly on the job

What We’re Looking For:

*  Experience in lawn care or landscaping is a plus, but not required-we value a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn

*  Ability to work independently, with good attention to detail

*  Physical stamina for outdoor work, including lifting up to 50 pounds

*  Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
