Landscaping Crew Member

We are a fast-growing landscaping company dedicated to creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients. We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Landscaping Team Member to join our crew and help us deliver top-notch service.
Position Overview:
As a Landscaping Team Member, you’ll be working alongside other crew members, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to our quality standards. You’ll work hands-on with the team, using a variety of landscaping tools and equipment, and play a key role in delivering high quality service. This is a full-time, year-round position. In addition to lawn and landscape maintenance, our team provides seasonal services including landscape enhancements, leaf cleanups, snow and ice management, and professional Christmas light installation and removal for residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Drive company trucks and trailers to and from job sites
- Communicate with clients and supervisors to ensure job expectations are met
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license (CDL not required, but a plus)
- Reliable transportation to our shop location in Gallatin, TN
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong leadership skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Familiarity with a wide range of landscaping tools and equipment
- Experience driving and backing up trucks and trailers
- Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Pay:
$17 - $19 per hour, depending on experience
