Landscaping Crew Member

We are a fast-growing landscaping company dedicated to creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients. We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Landscaping Team Member to join our crew and help us deliver top-notch service.

Position Overview:

As a Landscaping Team Member, you’ll be responsible for working alongside other crew members, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to our quality standards. You’ll work hands-on with the team, using a variety of landscaping tools and equipment, and play a key role in delivering high quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Drive company trucks and trailers to and from job sites
• Communicate with clients and supervisors to ensure job expectations are met
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Occasionally work weekends as needed during peak seasons

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license (CDL not required, but a plus)
• Reliable transportation to our shop location in Hendersonville, TN
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong leadership skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Willingness to work an occasional weekend
• Familiarity with a wide range of landscaping tools and equipment
• Experience driving and backing up trucks and trailers
• Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Pay:

$18 - $21 per hour, depending on experience
