College students welcome. This is a physically demanding, hands-on position split between landscape services and interior/exterior cleaning services. If you are not comfortable with physical labor, working outdoors in all weather, or learning multiple service types, this role will not be a good fit.

Position Overview

The Grounds Guys and Dirty Dog Home Solutions are seeking dependable, motivated Field Technicians / Crew Members to support both service divisions. This is not a casual or seasonal role—we are looking for reliable individuals who take pride in quality work, customer interaction, and teamwork.

You will perform professional services at residential and commercial properties while representing both brands with courtesy, professionalism, and respect. This role offers variety, skill-building, and long-term growth for the right candidate.

Experience in landscaping, decks, pressure washing, carpet cleaning, construction, labor, maintenance, or skilled trades is preferred but not required.

The Grounds Guys – Core Responsibilities

• Perform routine landscape maintenance (mowing, trimming, clean-ups)
• Operate commercial equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with landscape enhancements such as mulch and plantings
• Support equipment upkeep under team leader direction
• Follow safety procedures and licensed application guidelines

Dirty Dog Home Solutions – Core Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial cleaning services including:
• Carpet & upholstery cleaning
• Soft washing (siding, driveways, patios, decks)
• Set up, operate, and break down professional cleaning equipment
• Safely handle cleaning solutions and tools
• Maintain clean, organized work vehicles and equipment
• Communicate professionally with customers and ensure satisfaction

Job Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (required)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Comfortable working outdoors and indoors, in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and punctual attendance
• Willingness to work paid overtime and Saturdays
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
