Job Description

The Grounds Guys of Bozeman, Helena and Billings is growing, and we are looking for a Landscape Sales Lead to join our team working on sales at all three of our locations. The Landscape sales lead can live in Bozeman, Helena or Billings and will be helping with both commercial and residential maintenance and construction sales. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about their work and is dedicated to achieving success.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
  • Drive sales revenue
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successful sales management.
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is self-driven
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Exceptional organization skills and flawless follow through
  • Knowledge of proper set up and installation practices
  • Knowledge in techniques for measuring, calculating material needed for jobs
  • A positive and energetic personality to fit with our growing business and team
  • Clean, neat and professional appearance.
  • Works well in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to learn and use our software (LMN, Prolandscapes) to create accurate estimates.
  • Willingness to do cold calling as well as quick follow up to online leads.
  • Capability of estimating over $10M in sales per year.
  • Timely ordering of needed materials with some project management.
