JOB OVERVIEW: This position entails being a hands-on crew leader for our Installation/Cleanup crew. This role requires regular communication with Owner to ensure all responsibilities and work performed are done to company and industry standards. The right candidate will be detailed oriented and have a passion for this job role within a growing company.
JOB DUTIES AND PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
Manual dexterity to perform all required functions of this position.
While performing the duties of this job, the Landscape Installation Team Lead is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, lift, crouch, reach, stoop, crawl, or kneel.
The position is regularly exposed to outdoor environmental conditions including extreme hot and cold conditions
Must be able to properly lift and carry up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
Must be able to climb ladders up to 12 ft.
Must possess a valid Georgia driver’s license with clean MVR and ability to be added to the company’s insurance policy
Utilize equipment, power tools, small machinery, and hand tools to carry out full-service installations and proper handling of all materials.
Install softscapes to include, but not limited to grading, bed preparation, sod, shrubs, trees, perennials, mulch, topsoil, fertilizing, and pruning.
Participate on site with job site clean ups during Spring and Fall Season
Ensure proper tools and materials are available and onsite for each job and that they are maintained
Maintain a clean and orderly job site, vehicle.
Must be able to Direct, oversee, and participate in work performed by the team.
Understand and meet production and project schedule deadlines without sacrificing great customer service or excellent quality.
Complete project documentation in an organized and timely manner when requested.
Ability to put the client at ease by answering questions and concerns
Drive team members to and from the job site.

Take ownership of the team and their work and own the responsibility of making sure things are done accurately and to the complete satisfaction of the client. If not, take ownership and action to ensure these are corrected in a timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 2 years of verifiable residential landscape construction experience
Candidate must be able to manage the crew onsite with instructions in the Owner's absence
Must be well organized with strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
Must be self-motivated
Must possess a strong attention to detail (has an eye for quality).
PREFERRED: * Working knowledge of irrigation systems and controller programming
Benefits and Pay
$25.00 Hourly starting for this position with the correct experience in managing jobs, customers and crew
Weekly Direct Deposit
PTO after 90 days
