Landscape Project Manager (Hybrid)

A Lawncare Project Manager responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of lawncare projects, from planning and scheduling to ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Scheduling:
• Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, and budgets. 
• Coordinate with clients, crews, and vendors to ensure projects are on track. 
• Plan and organize resources, including equipment, materials, and personnel. 
• Crew Management:
• Supervise and lead lawncare crews, ensuring they follow safety protocols and work standards. 
• Motivate and train crew members, providing guidance and support. 
• Address any issues or problems that arise on the job site. 
• Project Execution and Quality Control:
• Monitor project progress and ensure that work is completed to the required quality standards. 
• Identify and address any potential problems or delays. 
• Maintain a clean and organized job site. 
• Client Communication:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns. 
• Build and maintain strong client relationships. 
• Ensure client satisfaction with the completed projects. 
• Budget Management:
• Track project costs and ensure that projects are completed within budget. 
• Identify and address any cost overruns. 
• Safety:
• Ensure all crew members follow safety protocols and procedures. 
• Maintain a safe work environment. 
• Other Duties:
• Assist in the development of new business opportunities. 
• Prepare reports and documentation as needed. 
• Maintain and organize equipment and materials.
