Landscape Operations Manager

The Landscape Operations Manager oversees residential maintenance operations, coordinating crews, schedules, resources, and client relationships to ensure consistently high-quality landscape services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise landscape maintenance crews and coordinate daily operations.
• Plan service routes and schedule residential maintenance projects.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets service standards.
• Maintain client relationships and address service needs.
• Track project budgets and monitor operational expenses.
• Manage inventory and coordinate with vendors.
• Create new verticals

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in landscape operations management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree in horticulture, landscape management, or a related field.
• Valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of landscape management, horticulture, and irrigation systems.
• Experience with crew scheduling and budget management.
• Strong leadership and client communication skills.

Pay and Benefits

• $60,000 -$90,000 / year
