About the Work:

We have amazing clients who truly appreciate our work. As Maintenance Team Lead, you’ll be the one making sure every property looks sharp. Your week will stay interesting with a mix of mowing and weeding during the growing season, plus leaf cleanup, pruning, and mulch touch-ups as needed. We’re looking for someone with a sharp eye who takes pride in leaving a property spotless and wants to grow with a team that actually respects their hard work.

The pay range for this position is $18 up to $26/hr. and is dependent on your experience as a lawncare or landscaping professional as well as in leading a team.

We offer overtime, paid holidays, and paid time off program.
