As an Apprentice, you will work side-by-side with our experienced Leads and Foremen, learning the "Grounds Guys way" of high-end landscape installation, precision lawn care, and irrigation.

We don’t expect you to be an expert on day one, but we do expect you to show up with a great attitude, a willingness to work hard, and a desire to grow. This is the first step toward becoming a Lead or Foreman in our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Support: Assist with all aspects of grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, and site cleanup.
• Equipment Operation: Under supervision, learn to safely operate and maintain professional-grade tools and machinery.
• Effective Communication: Maintain open and professional communication with your Team Lead and colleagues to ensure tasks are completed correctly.
• Site Preparation: Help load and unload trucks and ensure all necessary tools are ready for the day’s projects.
• Quality Control: Follow our "Neighborly Done Right Promise" by ensuring every job site is left cleaner than you found it.
• Winter Operations: Support our snow removal team during the winter months, ensuring steady, year-round work.

• Reliable Transportation: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are preferred.
