Position Summary

We are seeking a full-time Irrigation Technician to join our service team. This role involves completing daily service calls with professionalism, attention to detail, and a focus on exceeding customer expectations. The ideal candidate is dependable, communicates effectively, and is eager to learn and grow within the irrigation industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Complete irrigation service calls and repairs with accuracy and efficiency
  • Clock in/out of each job using company software or systems
  • Document detailed notes for each job, including work performed and any recommendations
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, team members, and supervisors
  • Follow all company processes and procedures to ensure consistent service quality
  • Maintain and care for tools, equipment, and company vehicle
  • Uphold safety standards and best practices on every job site

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to complete training for backflow certification (company-supported)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Efficient in system diagnostic and repair

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in irrigation system service or installation
  • Familiarity with smart irrigation controllers and troubleshooting techniques
  • Backflow certification (or willingness to obtain)

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $18 to $26 per hour and is dependent on your experience in irrigation.
