Irrigation Specialist

At The Grounds Guys of Myers Park, we love taking care of our customers and providing exceptional residential and commercial lawn care and landscaping service. But that only happens because we have amazing people like you on our team. We are looking for a reliable Irrigation Specialist to join our team. You will handle new system installs, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and seasonal services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Install new residential and commercial irrigation systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair broken lines, valves, heads, and wiring issues.
• Perform spring startups (system turn-ons and adjustments).
• Perform fall shutdowns (winterization and blowouts).
• Upgrade older systems with modern controllers and drip lines.
• Talk with clients politely to explain repairs and options.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with irrigation systems.
• Good knowledge of system wiring, valves, and timers.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to work outdoors, dig, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Irrigation licenses or certifications are a plus.
• Clean driving history with experience driving a trailer

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $23-$28 with performance based incentives, holiday and PTO.
