Pay: $18–$26 per hour, based on irrigation experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday, with optional Saturdays

Position Summary

We are currently hiring a full-time Irrigation Technician to join our service team. In this role, you will complete daily service calls with professionalism, precision, and a commitment to surpassing customer expectations. The ideal candidate is reliable, communicates clearly, and has a strong desire to develop their skills within the irrigation field.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform irrigation service calls and repairs accurately and efficiently
• Log in and out of each job using company software systems
• Record thorough job notes, including services completed and recommended follow-up work
• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
• Adhere to company procedures and standards to maintain consistent service quality
• Properly maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle
• Follow all safety guidelines and best practices at every job site

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to complete company-supported backflow certification training
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Skilled in diagnosing and repairing irrigation systems efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience servicing or installing irrigation systems
• Knowledge of smart irrigation controllers and troubleshooting methods
• Backflow certification (or willingness to obtain)
