Full-Service Landscaping Team Lead that will be responsible for a landscaping crew that will conduct premium landscaping jobs for residential & commercial customers. Someone who can be efficient and work in fast paced environment in the Stamford, New Canaan, Darien, Cos Cob area codes. Open to receiving feedback, training, and utilizing software to optimize day-to-day efficiency.

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $17.00 to $23.00 hourly pay which will be dependent on your experience as a lawncare or landscaping professional as well as leading a team.

Additionally, a commission structure is offered for bringing on new customers. The commission structure is a percentage of the customer's annual contract value. This allows our Crew Leads additional income and incentives outside of their hourly pay structure.
